The Website is owned and operated by Chances Are Realty, LLC. This Website is being provided to you expressly subject to this Agreement. By accessing, browsing, and/or using this Website via any medium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Obligation to Provide Accurate and Complete Information Where Required
In order to provide the Services, Chances Are Realty, is legally obliged to employ reasonable authentication methods to verify the identity of Tenants and Owners. In order to use the Services, you agree to: (i) provide information about yourself and any associated business that is true, accurate, and complete as prompted by the Service’s sign up process and (ii) where applicable and appropriate, maintain and update your information (including reviewing your owner statements for accuracy) to keep it true, accurate, and complete. In the event that you falsify information, or provide inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information, Chances Are Realty may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services and deny any future access to the Services. You may not use the services for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

For information about our privacy policy and data security practices, please read our Privacy Policy, which hereby is incorporated in this Agreement. Your use of this Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. The policy explains how Chances Are Realty treats your personal and business information when you access the Services. The privacy policy can be updated from time to time. If updates are made, we will notify you by sending you an email and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Chances Are Realty parties and affiliated Parties from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, demands or liabilities, including attorneys’ fees and costs, and obligations known and unknown, from any party, including but not limited to claims arising out of (a) your use of and access to the Websites and the Interactive Services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (c) a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above regarding Content; (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including, without limitation, any copyright, property or privacy right); or (e) any claim that any Content you submitted caused damage to a third party Website. The Chances Are Realty Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you shall not in any event settle any such claim or matter without the written consent of Chances Are Realty.
