Meet Chance Harris
Broker | Property Management Specialist
With more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Chance Harris brings a unique perspective to property management. She has experienced real estate from multiple sides—as a property owner, investor, real estate agent, and broker—and understands firsthand what it takes to protect and manage a rental property successfully.
Chance earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Bowie State University and has built her career around helping property owners make confident decisions about their real estate investments.
Through Chances Are Realty, she provides full-service property management, helping owners with everything from finding and screening tenants to rent collection, maintenance, inspections, leasing, and the day-to-day responsibilities that come with owning rental property. She also works with real estate agents whose clients need professional management for properties they have purchased or are preparing to rent.
Because Chance has successfully managed her own properties, she understands the challenges owners face. She knows that small issues can quickly become expensive problems—and that effective communication, attention to detail, and proactive management can make all the difference.
Property Management Built Around Your Investment
Chance takes the time to understand each property owner’s goals, concerns, and expectations. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works with each owner to develop a management strategy designed around their property and investment objectives.
Her commitment doesn’t stop with experience. Chance continually pursues professional education and stays current with changes in the property management and real estate industries, allowing her to provide informed guidance in an ever-changing market.

Whether you own one rental property or are building a real estate portfolio, Chance understands what is at stake.
If you’re a property investor or rental property owner, discover how Chances Are Realty can help you protect your property, reduce the day-to-day demands of ownership, and get more from your investment.
