Chances are Realty was formed in 2007 as a Property Management company located in the home of Chance Irby now Chance Harris.

Chances are Realty sought out to share the love and passion for Property Management industry with owners who required assistance handling the day to day operations of managing their property. Chances are realty agents are not fly by night agents who wish to have residual income but rather agents who truly have a passion to better the property management industry. In 2009 Chances are Realty became a full service real estate company being able to assist not only property owners with managing but investors in expanding their portfolio.

Chances are Realty is an ever growing, expanding and involving full service real estate  company however its core focus is property management. Now located in Greenbelt, MD a majority of its clients are located in Laurel, MD, where it all began.  We service in Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery, PG County , Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Washington DC.

We also remain a small local family owned and operated Real estate company looking to continue to serve the area.
