About the Instructor:
Chance Harris has been a real estate broker for over 7 years and has managed a very successful property management business grossing over $1Million per year and her business continues to grow every year more than a 20% increase in revenue!
Her vacancy rates always average below 15 days and her past due rents and late fee’s have a collection successful rate of about 30-45 days before they are paid in full. She earns an average of about $1500 – $2500 per month in extra fees, rightfully owed and paid by her tenants.
One example of her many successes, is an owner contracted Mrs. Harris to manage his property, which had an outstanding past due rent amount in excess of $15,000. Mrs. Harris was able to bring that past due amount down to $3500 within 45 days. She is known for her ability to negotiate for the best interest of all parties involved.
She has worked and trained with one of the DMV area’s top property management companies and has taken this knowledge to a whole new level.
