Chance Harris has been involved with the real estate industry for over 16 years from Property Owner to Real Estate Agent and Broker. She has a Bachelors Degree in Communication, which she earned at Bowie State University.

Mrs. Harris has over 10 years as an experienced Broker. She continues to help her clients by offering “full service” property management services, purchase and sale of their homes, and she works with numerous other real estate agents client’s who want to rent their homes.

She has successfully managed her own properties and knows first hand the day-to-day activities to avoid loss and frustration to owners and tenants.

Mrs.Harris speaks to her clients in-depth, to discover their specific wants and needs are with maintaining their property. By understanding their needs she is able to tailor each property owner’s account to optimize their investment.
